Gaur Art & Handicraft, a leading furniture manufacturing company, is looking for an experienced Sampling Supervisor to join our team on an urgent basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage furniture sampling activities.
- Coordinate with production, design, and development teams.
- Ensure samples are developed as per approved designs, dimensions, and specifications.
- Monitor sample quality and finishing.
- Manage timelines and ensure samples are completed as per schedule.
- Resolve production and sampling-related issues.
Requirements:
- Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience in a furniture factory/manufacturing workplace.
- Good knowledge of furniture manufacturing and sampling processes.
- Ability to manage workers and coordinate with different departments.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
