We are looking for an experienced and energetic Salon Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day operations of the salon while driving business growth, team performance, and exceptional customer experiences.

The ideal candidate is a people person, business-minded, and hands-on, with strong experience in managing teams and operations in the salon, beauty, wellness, or retail industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily salon operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Drive revenue, service sales, retail sales, and customer retention.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the salon team.
- Monitor team performance and achieve business targets.
- Handle customer feedback and escalations.
- Ensure service quality, hygiene, grooming, and SOP compliance.
- Monitor inventory and salon requirements.
- Maintain daily reports and business trackers.




- Coordinate with the central team on operational and business requirements.

Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in Salon, Beauty, Wellness, Hospitality, or Retail.
- Prior experience as a Salon Manager / Store Manager is preferred.
- Strong leadership and people-management skills.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Target-oriented with a robust business mindset.
- Hands-on experience with Zenoti is mandatory.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Ability to manage a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.

Location: Western Line and South Bombay Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
