Job Role: Salon Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Salon Manager to oversee daily salon operations, coordinate staff, maintain service quality, and ensure a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate should have good communication and team-handling skills with relevant experience in salon operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day salon operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Supervise and coordinate salon staff and daily schedules.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and salon hygiene.
- Handle customer queries, feedback, and service-related concerns professionally.
- Monitor appointments, service schedules, and customer flow.
- Coordinate with staff to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
- Monitor salon supplies, products, and inventory requirements.




- Support sales activities and contribute towards achieving salon targets.
- Maintain basic operational records and daily reports.
- Ensure salon policies, cleanliness, and service standards are followed.
- Assist the management in improving customer satisfaction and overall salon performance.

Requirements

- 3–5 years of relevant experience in salon management or salon operations.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong team coordination and staff-handling abilities.
- Customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and daily operations efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of salon services and products is preferred.
