Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Amritsar. The Salesperson will engage with walk-in and referred customers, understand their vehicle service and product needs, and recommend suitable solutions and service packages. Daily responsibilities include explaining service offerings, preparing and presenting quotations, following up on leads, and closing sales while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

The role includes coordinating with the service and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery, maintaining accurate records of inquiries and sales, and meeting individual and team sales targets. The Salesperson is also expected to contribute to local promotional activities,



represent the brand professionally, and provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends.

Qualifications

- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills, with the ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Sales and negotiation abilities, including experience in lead follow-up, persuasion, and closing opportunities.
- Basic knowledge of automobiles or willingness to learn about automotive services, parts, and maintenance requirements.
- Clear and confident communication skills in relevant local languages and English, with the ability to explain technical information simply.
- Good organizational and time-management skills, including maintaining records, managing multiple inquiries, and meeting targets.
- Comfort using basic digital tools and systems (POS, CRM, or service management software) to log customer data and track sales.
- Prior experience in retail, automotive, or service-based sales is preferred but not mandatory.
- Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma; a higher degree in business, commerce, or a related field is an advantage.
- Willingness to work on-site in Amritsar, including weekends or extended hours as needed based on business requirements.
