Job Role: Core (SSE) Solution Architect

Architecture & Solution Design

Lead end-to-end solution architecture for Salesforce implementations and transformation programs.

Define scalable, secure, and maintainable Salesforce architecture aligned with enterprise standards.

Design solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Platform capabilities.

Create architecture blueprints, solution design documents, data models, and integration strategies.

Conduct architecture reviews and provide recommendations for optimization and scalability.

Technical Leadership

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.

Establish best practices for development, deployment, security, and governance.

Review technical designs, code, and implementation approaches to ensure adherence to standards.

Drive adoption of Salesforce Well-Architected principles.

Integration & Enterprise Architecture

Design APIs, middleware, and integration solutions with enterprise applications.

Define integration patterns using REST, SOAP, Platform Events, MuleSoft, ETL tools, and third-party systems.

Ensure seamless data flow across Salesforce and external platforms.

Stakeholder Management

Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to gather requirements and define solution roadmaps.

Present architectural solutions and trade-offs to executive leadership and client stakeholders.

Support solution estimation,



project planning, and risk mitigation.

Delivery & Governance

Participate in solution planning, sprint reviews, and release governance.

Ensure compliance with security, performance, and data governance standards.

Provide guidance during testing, deployment, and production support activities.

Strong customer-facing consulting experience.

Experience leading large-scale Salesforce transformation programs.
