About

We are looking for an energetic and ambitious Sales Trainee to join our Interior Design team and help us connect with homeowners, understand their requirements and convert enquiries into interior design projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming leads and enquiries for interior design services.
- Connect with prospective clients through calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
- Understand clients' requirements, preferences, budget and project timelines.
- Explain TIA's interior design services and project process to prospective clients.
- Schedule client consultations and site visits.
- Follow up consistently with leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Coordinate with the interior design team for client meetings, presentations and proposals.
- Prepare and share quotations, proposals and relevant project information.
- Maintain accurate lead and client records in CRM/Excel.
- Track enquiries, follow-ups, conversions and sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities through referrals, networking and outbound sales.
- Build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Assist in converting qualified leads into confirmed interior design projects.
- Stay updated on interior design trends, materials, pricing and TIA's service offerings.

Requirements




- Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Confident in speaking with clients over phone and in person.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Good understanding of WhatsApp, Excel and basic computer applications.
- Interest in interior design, architecture, home décor or real estate will be an advantage.
- Presentable, enthusiastic and target-oriented.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the interior design industry.
