Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Team Leader – Outbound Process to manage and drive the performance of an outbound telesales team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in BPO sales, telesales, insurance sales, and outbound operations, along with proven leadership and team-management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and lead a team of outbound telesales executives.
- Drive team productivity and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Monitor individual and team performance through regular reviews.
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.
- Conduct coaching, mentoring, and training sessions for team members.
- Identify performance gaps and implement appropriate action plans.
- Motivate team members to achieve and exceed business targets.
- Monitor call quality, productivity, conversion, and other performance metrics.
- Handle escalations and resolve team-related operational issues.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, quality standards, and processes.




- Prepare and share regular performance reports with management.
- Build a positive, motivated, and high-performing team environment.

Required Skills
- Solid experience in Outbound Sales / Telesales / Insurance Sales.
- Excellent leadership and team-management skills.

- Good understanding of outbound sales metrics and team productivity.
- Fluent communication in English and Kannada is mandatory.

Experience Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of overall experience in the BPO industry.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Team Leader in Telesales / Outbound Sales.
- Hands-on experience managing outbound sales teams.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving team performance.

Candidate Profile Candidates with experience in BPO Outbound Sales, Telesales, Insurance Sales, Telecalling, or similar sales processes and strong team-handling experience are preferred.

Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Pay: ₹38,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
