Role Description This is a full-time, in office Sales Specialist role based in the Greater Delhi Area.

The Sales

Specialist will identify and engage prospective patients and partners, explain available healthcare services, and support conversion of inquiries into appointments. Daily tasks include managing leads, conducting follow-up calls and visits, maintaining accurate records of interactions, and coordinating with clinical and administrative staff to ensure a smooth patient journey. The role also involves presenting services to local organizations, gathering feedback on patient needs,



and contributing to basic sales reports and performance tracking.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with patients and partners.

- Customer Service abilities to handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and maintain a professional, empathetic approach.

- Sales skills to identify opportunities, present services effectively, and support closing appointments or service agreements.

- Training and Sales Management exposure to assist in onboarding new team members and support basic sales process improvement.

- Relevant experience in healthcare, clinics, or service-oriented industries is an advantage.

- Comfort working on-site in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with medical and administrative teams.

- Basic proficiency with office software or CRM tools for tracking leads and preparing simple reports.

- Educational background in business, marketing, healthcare administration, or a related field is preferred.
