Role Description The Sales Specialist – Electrical is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role is responsible for driving sales of electrical and related products, engaging with customers on the showroom floor, and providing knowledgeable guidance on product features, benefits, and usage.

The Sales

Specialist will manage customer inquiries, demonstrate products, prepare quotations, and support order processing and follow-ups. Day-to-day activities include maintaining product displays, monitoring stock levels, coordinating with the sales management team on promotions,



and supporting training initiatives for team members on new electrical products. The role also involves collecting customer feedback, contributing to sales reports, and helping ensure an excellent in-store experience.

- Robust Communication skills to explain product features clearly and interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Customer Service skills to provide a helpful, respectful, and solution-oriented experience in an in-store environment.
- Proven Sales skills to achieve targets, handle negotiations, and convert inquiries into purchases.
- Training and Sales Management skills to support onboarding, product knowledge sessions, and coordination with the sales team.
- Basic understanding of electrical products, accessories, and consumer electronics.
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, including weekends or extended hours as required.
- Prior retail or showroom sales experience is preferred, especially in electrical or electronics product categories.
- Minimum high school diploma; a degree or diploma in business, commerce, or a related field is an advantage.
