About the Role

As a Sales Specialist, you will engage property buyers and industry partners, understand their requirements, and guide them towards suitable properties and EstateSeva services.

Your responsibilities will include

- Handling enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, meetings and platform demonstrations.
- Qualifying buyers by budget, preferred location, requirements and buying timeline.
- Coordinating property options, developer discussions and site visits.
- Managing follow-ups, negotiations, bookings and post-sale relationships.




- Maintaining accurate lead records and next steps in the CRM.
- Supporting client onboarding and explaining platform tools.
- Sharing customer feedback with marketing and product teams.

What We’re Looking For

- Strong communication, customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to prospect, negotiate and close through consultative selling.
- Consistent follow-up, ownership and comfort working towards defined targets.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, basic data analysis and client presentations.
- Real-estate, financial-services or technology-platform sales experience preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in New Delhi.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field—or equivalent practical experience.
