About the Role

We are seeking a Sales Specialist with 2–3 years of direct experience in spine implant or associated products to grow our business in the assigned territory. This role combines consultative selling, product knowledge, and close coordination with surgeons and hospital teams to deliver a reliable customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive sales of spine implants and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with spine surgeons, neurosurgeons, orthopaedic surgeons, and hospital procurement teams.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand existing hospital accounts through regular visits and structured follow-ups.
- Present product features and applications accurately, coordinating demonstrations and technical discussions with relevant teams.




- Coordinate the timely availability of implants and instrument sets for scheduled surgeries.
- Provide product-related support within the scope of company training and hospital protocols.
- Prepare quotations and follow up on orders, deliveries, and payment collections.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales opportunities, and territory performance.
- Monitor market developments and share customer feedback to support business planning.
- Participate in product training, surgeon engagement programmes, and industry events.

Candidate Requirements

- 2–3 years of sales experience specifically in spine implants or associated products is essential.
- Working knowledge of spine implant systems, associated instrumentation, and hospital sales processes.
- Familiarity with the Kerala healthcare market; existing surgeon and hospital relationships in Kochi/Ernakulam are preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to independently plan customer visits, manage priorities, and follow through on commitments.
- Proficiency in Malayalam and English.
- Based in Kochi or willing to relocate, with willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
