Sales Operations Analyst (CRM & Reporting)

Location: Kolkata (Onsite) | Type: Full-time | Experience: 6 months to 2 years | Salary: Up to ₹18,000/month, based on skills and experience

About the Role

We're looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to keep our sales team's data accurate and useful. You'll own reporting and CRM upkeep, and turn numbers into insights that help the team hit its targets.

What You'll Do

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for the sales team and management
- Analyze sales data to spot trends, bottlenecks, and performance gaps
- Keep CRM records, lead data, and pipeline stages accurate and up to date
- Build and maintain Excel dashboards to track performance against targets
- Support sales forecasting and target tracking
- Suggest process improvements based on what the data shows

What We're Looking For

- 6 months to 1 years of experience in Sales Operations, MIS,



or Reporting (internships count)
- Strong Excel skills: pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and formulas
- Hands-on experience with a CRM such as HubSpot or Zoho
- Understanding of the sales funnel and metrics like conversion rate, win rate, and pipeline value
- Transparent written and verbal communication, and attention to detail

Good to Have

- Experience in EdTech or a startup environment
