Role & responsibilities :

- Assure all Order Booked PO are received.
- Delivery order to be issued of the ready material
- Making Sales Order & Order confirmation sending to the customer
- Assure OC are prepared in 48-72 Hours form PO received
- Cross Check OC is prepared in accordance with PO received.
- Making Inquires & Quotation in SAP.
- Follow up for Signed Order Confirmation.
- Updating cancellation of order due to various reason & short closing to low quantity after dispatch
- If any return of vehicle due to any reason updating the same in SAP System & making all the necessary arrangement to close the issue.
- Releasing container planning after approval from Account managers.
- Co-ordination with SAP, QC and PPC team for matters relating to any Sap ISSUE.
- Entry of Quality claims in the SAP
- Making debit notes and credit notes in SAP.
- direct communication with customers for Dispatch
