About the Role

Samsara is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Sales & Operations Executive to manage jewellery sales, customer relationships, and daily store operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist customers and recommend jewellery based on their preferences.
- Handle sales, customer enquiries, follow-ups, and billing.
- Manage inventory, stock records, and customer orders.
- Coordinate with the manufacturing team on production and deliveries.
- Maintain showroom presentation and ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements

- 1–5 years of experience in sales, retail, or store operations.
- Solid communication and customer-handling skills.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of jewellery and inventory management is preferred.
