Hiring for our client: Sales Executive (Textile)

We are hiring on behalf of a reputed textile manufacturing company.

Location: Kolkata (Burrabazar Police Station area)

Experience: 3-5 years Textile industry experience mandatory)

Salary: 30K- 35K per month + incentives (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities

Generating sales from existing customers and developing new ones

Meeting wholesalers, retailers, and traders in the local and nearby markets

Showing fabric samples, quoting rates, and closing orders

Following up on payments and outstanding with parties

Coordinating with the accounts and dispatch teams for timely delivery

Maintaining customer records and reporting daily/weekly sales to management

Tracking market trends, competitor rates, and current design demand

Requirements

Textile industry experience is mandatory

3-5 years of sales experience in textile, fabrics, or garments

Existing contacts in the Burrabazar / Kolkata textile market are a big plus

Graduate preferred (B.Com / BBA / any stream)

Good communication and negotiation skills

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and WhatsApp for order handling

Willingness to travel locally for client visits
