Job Title: Sales Officer – Gold Loan (Trichy Region)

Job Summary

We are seeking dynamic, result-oriented Sales Officers – Gold Loan to drive retail loan growth across our Trichy cluster branches. In this role, you will source New-to-Bank (NTB) customers through open-market field activities, cold calls, local area mapping, and customer references, as well as convert internal branch leads.

Key Responsibilities

- Field Sales & Lead Generation: Conduct daily open-market activities and local area mapping to generate high-quality Gold Loan leads.
- Branch Lead Conversion: Follow up on and convert internal branch leads in coordination with branch staff.
- Customer Visits: Meet a minimum of 10 current potential customers daily and record Daily Sales Reports (DSR) both digitally and physically.




- Onboarding & Education: Educate customers on scheme details, interest rates, renewals, and ensure smooth customer onboarding.
- Target Achievement: Achieve assigned monthly productivity targets in customer count and loan portfolio value.
- Lead Tracking: Accurately log daily leads into the Lead Management System.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Any Graduate.
- Experience: 1 to 2 years/ 6 Months of relevant experience in Gold Loans, BFSI, or Retail Sales. (Freshers with good communication and sales drive are welcome to apply).
- Age Limit: 22 to 35 Years.
- Key Skills: Active sales ability, effective communication, relationship management, and basic financial/product knowledge.
