About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing Specialist who can drive business growth through international client acquisition, software solution sales, lead generation, and digital marketing.

The ideal candidate should understand the software/IT services industry, confidently communicate with international prospects, identify business requirements, and work with technical teams to position the right solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and qualify leads through outbound, inbound and digital channels.
- Handle international clients and prospects, understand their requirements and drive discussions.
- Sell and promote customized software and IT solutions to potential clients.
- Manage the sales process from prospecting and initial discussion through follow-up and closure.
- Plan and execute lead-generation and digital marketing campaigns.
- Work on Google Ads/PPC, SEO, content, email marketing, social media and market research as required.




- Research target markets, industries and potential clients to identify new business opportunities.
- Coordinate with technical teams to understand solutions and present them effectively to clients.
- Track leads, follow-ups, sales activities and campaign performance.

- Requirements

- 5+ years of relevant experience in B2B sales, software/IT sales, digital marketing, or a similar role.
- Experience handling international clients, preferably US/Australian markets.
- Strong understanding of software/IT services and solution-based selling.
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to generate and convert qualified leads.
- Strong analytical, market research and business-development skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of sales and marketing activities.
