Sales & Marketing Executive – Laparoscopy & Surgical Products

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month + Incentives

We are looking for a dynamic, confident and target-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team in Chandigarh for the promotion and sales of Laparoscopy Lenses, Surgical Instruments and related medical equipment.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote and generate sales for Laparoscopy lenses, surgical instruments and medical equipment.
- Visit hospitals, clinics and healthcare institutions to generate recent business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, surgeons, OT staff, purchase departments and hospital management.
- Identify potential customers and generate leads through field visits and networking.
- Coordinate with doctors and OT teams for product demonstrations and requirements.
- Follow up with existing and prospective clients and convert leads into sales.
- Prepare quotations, maintain customer records and submit regular sales reports.
- Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
- Keep track of market trends, competitor activities and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with the internal team for orders,



product availability and timely delivery.
- Travel within Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula and nearby areas as required.

Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience in medical equipment, surgical products, hospital sales or healthcare marketing will be preferred.
- Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Strong convincing and relationship-management abilities.
- Basic knowledge of OT procedures, laparoscopic equipment or surgical products will be an added advantage.
- Comfortable with field sales and local travel.
- Self-motivated, energetic and result-oriented.
