Marketing Executive – Student Admissions & Business Development

Role Objective To generate qualified student enquiries, promote BIM CADD & AI courses, build relationships with schools/colleges and local organizations, and contribute directly to admissions and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities1. College & Institution Marketing

- Visit engineering colleges, polytechnic colleges and other educational institutions.
- Meet HODs, placement officers, training & placement teams and management.
- Conduct seminars, workshops, career-awareness programs and software demonstrations.
- Build institutional partnerships and referral networks.
- Generate student leads through college activities.

1. Field Marketing

- Identify recent student-marketing opportunities in the local area.
- Conduct campus/outdoor promotional activities.
- Distribute brochures and promotional materials.
- Coordinate career camps, workshops and demo sessions.
- Develop relationships with students, parents and educational contacts.

1. Digital Marketing Coordination

- Coordinate Instagram,



Facebook and WhatsApp campaigns.
- Promote courses, student projects, workshops and admission offers.
- Coordinate with the creative/design team for posters, reels and advertisements.
- Track enquiries generated from each campaign.

1. Lead Generation & Conversion

- Generate qualified leads for:
- AutoCAD
- Revit Architecture
- Revit MEP
- Revit Structure
- BIM
- ETABS
- STAAD.Pro
- Tekla
- Civil 3D
- Primavera
- Mechanical CADD
- Other BIM/CADD programs
- Transfer qualified leads to the Telecaller/Counsellor.
- Follow up on campaign-generated leads.
- Track lead source and admission conversion.

1. Event & Seminar Marketing

- Organize:
- College seminars
- Career guidance sessions
- Technical workshops
- Software demo sessions
- BIM awareness programs
- Engineering student events
- Ensure registration and lead collection at every event.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹34,000.00 per month
