We are looking for a Sales Coordinator with experience in the Banking, Insurance, or Financial Services sector. The candidate will support the sales team, coordinate with customers, follow up on leads, and ensure smooth completion of sales activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with the sales team and support daily sales activities.
- Follow up with customers through phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Handle sales leads and maintain proper follow-up records.
- Coordinate with customers for documentation and application processing.
- Assist in banking/insurance-related sales and customer service.
- Track pending applications, payments, and customer requirements.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and update management.
- Coordinate between customers, sales executives, and internal teams.
- Maintain customer records and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Support the team in achieving monthly sales targets.

Required Skills:





- Previous experience in Banking, Insurance, BFSI, or Financial Services preferred.
- Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
- Valuable follow-up and coordination ability.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
- Ability to handle multiple customers and tasks.
- Target-oriented and responsible approach.
- Tamil and English communication skills preferred.

Preferred Candidate: Candidates with experience as a Sales Coordinator, Relationship Executive, Banking Sales Executive, Insurance Sales Executive, Customer Relationship Executive, or BFSI Sales Executive are encouraged to apply.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
