- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual vehicle sales, booking and retail targets.

- Lead and monitor the performance of Sales Executives and Team Leaders.

- Prepare daily and monthly sales plans and ensure effective target achievement.

- Monitor enquiries, follow-ups, test drives, bookings, cancellations and deliveries.

- Improve enquiry-to-test-drive, test-drive-to-booking and booking-to-retail conversion.

- Ensure proper follow-up of all showroom, digital, walk-in and referral enquiries.

- Conduct daily sales meetings and review individual performance.

- Develop and implement local sales activities to generate recent enquiries.

- Ensure proper customer handling and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, pricing and offers.

- Ensure excellent knowledge of Tata passenger vehicle products, variants, features, finance and exchange schemes.

- Coordinate with Finance, Insurance, Exchange, Accessories and CRM teams for smooth customer transactions.

- Monitor pending deliveries, documentation and customer commitments.





- Ensure proper usage and updating of DMS/CRM systems.

- Track lost customers and cancelled bookings and take corrective action.

- Support corporate, institutional, fleet and referral sales opportunities.

- Conduct field visits and develop relationships with potential customers and local businesses.

- Coach and train sales staff on product knowledge, sales process and customer handling.

- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales performance reports for management.

- Ensure adherence to Tata Motors and dealership sales processes and standards.

- Drive team discipline, attendance, grooming and professional showroom behaviour.

- Coordinate with the Marketing team for campaigns, events, roadshows and lead-generation activities.

- Work closely with the management to improve sales volume, market share and dealership profitability.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
