About the Role:

Sea GameX (Singapore) is an expanding international gaming company. We are scaling our sales operations in India and are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to lead, mentor, and drive performance across our sales team.

Candidates currently working as Team Leaders or Supervisors in BPO, Inside Sales, or Gaming who manage 20 team members and are ready to take the next career step into a Sales Manager role are strongly encouraged to apply.

Key Details:

- Position: Sales Manager
- Openings: 1
- Location: Kolkata preferred (Hybrid); strong candidates from other major Indian hubs will also be considered
- Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (6 days a week)
- Target Joining: Immediate / by December 2026

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, motivate, and guide a sales team of 20 executives to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Monitor daily conversions, outbound call volumes, follow-ups, and key pipeline metrics.
- Conduct regular performance coaching, 1-on-1 reviews, and handle escalations.
- Identify gaps in sales conversion funnels and implement practical process improvements.
- Maintain structured daily sales reporting and coordinate closely with senior management.
- Partner with HR on hiring,



interviewing, and onboarding top sales talent.

What We Are Looking For:

- 4–5 years of total sales / telesales experience (preference for Gaming, Fintech, or rapid-paced Tech BPO).
- Proven experience managing a sales team (preferably 20 team members as Team Leader, Supervisor, or Assistant Manager).
- Strong data-driven mindset with deep comfort in conversion ratios, numbers, and ROI.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (knowledge of Tamil/Bengali is an added plus).
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities.

Compensation & Benefits:

- Fixed Basic Salary: USD 500 – 600 / month (approx. ₹42,000 – ₹50,000 INR)
- Monthly Performance Incentive: USD 300 – 400 / month (approx. ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 INR)
- Total Monthly Package: ₹70,000 – ₹85,000 INR based on team achievement
