Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager – Overseas Recruitment to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should be a strong team leader with proven sales experience and the ability to manage leads, improve conversions, achieve revenue targets and build a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities

● Lead and manage the sales/telesales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

● Monitor the complete sales funnel from lead generation to candidate conversion.

● Track leads, follow-ups, conversions and revenue regularly.

● Identify gaps in the sales process and implement corrective actions.

● Drive consistent sales performance and business growth.

● Train team members on communication, candidate counselling, objection handling and closing techniques.





● Support team members in handling challenging candidate conversations and negotiations.

● Ensure the team provides accurate and skilled information about overseas opportunities and recruitment processes.

● Coordinate closely with recruitment, documentation and various internal teams.

● Present regular performance updates and recommendations to management.

Candidate Profile

● Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

● 3+ years of relevant experience in sales, business development, recruitment sales or a related field.

● Strong team leadership and people-management skills.

● Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.

● Positive working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Google Sheets, etc.

Preferred Experience

Experience in overseas recruitment, immigration, visa consultancy, overseas education, manpower recruitment, placement consultancy or recruitment sales will be an added advantage.
