Job Summary

King Koil Hospitality is hiring Sales Managers to drive business growth in the hospitality segment. The candidate will be responsible for developing relationships with hotel owners, operators, architects, interior designers, project management consultants, procurement teams and hospitality consultants to promote mattresses, bed bases and customized sleep solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in hotels, resorts, serviced apartments, hospitals and institutional projects.
- Build relationships with hotel owners, general managers, purchase heads, architects, interior designers, PMC consultants and contractors.
- Generate leads and track upcoming hotel projects, renovations and refurbishment opportunities.
- Conduct product presentations, prepare quotations, negotiate deals and close sales.
- Manage customer relationships, enquiries and project requirements.




- Coordinate with internal teams for order execution and timely deliveries.
- Develop relationships with channel partners and dealers.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain sales reports, forecasts and customer/project databases.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Marketing preferred.
- 2-4 years of experience in hospitality sales, project sales, furniture, mattresses, interiors, building materials or related industries.
- Strong B2B sales, business development and relationship management skills.
- Hospitality industry network will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Important Requirements

- Bangalore: Kannada language knowledge required.
- Hyderabad: Telugu language knowledge required.
- Field Sales: Approximately 60-70%.
- Location Priority: Bangalore first, Hyderabad second.
