Experience: 4–5 years with leading developer brands in Pune, demonstrating independent closing capability for high-ticket inventory.

Core Function: End-to-end deal closing, high-ticket HNI negotiation, Channel Partner AOP drive and team closing support.

Gross Revenue Targets & Monthly Closures

Onboard, activate and manage Tier-1 / Tier-2 Channel Partners in the South Pune micro-market.

Convert warm pipeline leads within 14 days of first visit; prioritise stuck / higher-floor inventory.

100% collection of booking amount (minimum 10% milestone) within 7–10 days of token.
