Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Team Management

- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve defined sales targets.
- Assign responsibilities and monitor individual and team performance.
- Provide regular guidance, feedback, and support to sales team members.
- Motivate the team to improve productivity and achieve business objectives.
- Monitor daily sales activities and ensure effective execution of sales plans.
- Sales Strategy & Business Development
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential customer segments.
- Generate and convert leads into successful bookings.
- Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for business growth.




- Implement strategies to improve lead conversion and overall sales performance.

Experience & Qualifications

- 3–6 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
- Experience in managing and leading a sales team.
- Strong knowledge of sales strategies and lead conversion.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and client-handling skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and channel partners.
- Strong target-oriented and result-driven approach.
- Good analytical and reporting skills.
- Ability to train, motivate, and manage sales team members.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
