Roles and Responsibilities :

- Robust relationships with Branch Managers, Relationship Managers, and Bank Sales Teams.

- Identify and convert cross-sell and upsell opportunities from the bank's customer base.

- Promote General Insurance products including Motor, Health, Travel, Personal Accident, Home, and Commercial Insurance.

- Conduct regular training sessions and product awareness programs for branch staff.

- Support customers with policy issuance, renewals, and basic claim guidance.

- Ensure high levels of customer service and partner engagement.

- Track business performance, lead generation, and conversion metrics.

- Adhere to regulatory, compliance, and company guidelines.

Job Requirements :

- Graduate in any discipline.

- 1-4 years of experience in Bancassurance, Insurance Sales, Financial Services, Banking, or Channel Sales.

- Strong communication and relationship management skills.

- Willingness to travel locally and engage with bank branches regularly.
