SALES MANAGER / ASST. SALES MANAGER / SALES OFFICER - LADY

Our Client : A -high-tech company focused on waste management, waste ecosystem and energy efficiency, backed by the World Economic Forum in Building Waste Management Technology and Equipments at a national scale.

Location: Bangalore - Regular sales meetings across Bengaluru, plus national and occasional international travels

Gender: Prefers a Lady Candidate, exceptional Male candidate with the similar experience will also be considered .

- 3 + years of B2B sales, partnerships, business design or business development experience, preferably in the Building Materials . Heavy hardware. Lifts, Constructions , climate or sustainability technology sector.
- Candidate who has experience in Sales targeting companies like Builders, High-end housing apartments Complexes , facility management companies , Large industries and MNCs , Tech Parks , Large factories and Educational Institutions are preferred.

Prefer a Candidate who has already built a very valuable rapport with Corporate offices, Tech Parks , MNC Campuses, Builders , Large Apartment Blocks, facility Management Companies, Factories, Star Hotels, Educational institutions, , etc etc





- A proven track record in high end Building materials, Lifts, solar and rooftop PV, waste management, water and wastewater treatment, energy efficiency and HVAC, EV infrastructure, and industrial or process equipments.
- Comfortable with travel, involving regular site visits across Bengaluru and outstation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, and the ability to design and deliver a presentation that holds a room of senior people.
- Kannada strongly preferred. Fluency in other regional Indian languages is an advantage.
- Experience selling a compliance or regulatory-driven service.
- Prefers some one with All India Presence in Sales - Experience with multi-site or chain accounts, where one relationship converts many locations.
- Exposure to ESG, sustainability sectors.
- Experience hiring, training or managing a small field sales team.
- Salary: Rs.60,000 /- 80,000/- per month + Travelling allowances + Sales incentive and ESOPs .
