Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to drive revenue and business development for the hotel. The candidate will be responsible for developing corporate accounts, generating room and banquet business, maintaining client relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, event planners, and local businesses.
- Generate business for hotel rooms, banquets, meetings, events, restaurant, and other revenue-generating areas.
- Identify new business opportunities and actively generate leads through sales calls, client visits, networking, and market visits.
- Handle enquiries, prepare proposals, negotiate rates, and convert leads into confirmed business.
- Maintain regular follow-up with existing and potential clients to generate repeat business.
- Build and maintain a strong local corporate and business network in Lucknow.
- Coordinate with Front Office, F&B;, Banquets,



and other departments to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and pricing to identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate sales reports, client databases, sales call reports, and business forecasts.
- Achieve monthly and annual revenue and business targets assigned by management.

Candidate Profile
- 4–5 years of relevant hotel sales experience preferred.
- Strong experience in corporate sales, banquet sales, and local market business development.
- Proven track record of generating business and achieving sales targets.
- Strong client network in Lucknow will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, proactive, target-driven, and strong in client relationship management.
- Positive knowledge of MS Office and hotel sales reporting.
- Well-groomed and professional personality.
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and business development.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
