Job Summary

Generali Central Life Insurance is hiring Sales Managers for its Direct Sales Channel. The role involves interacting with customers, understanding their insurance requirements, recommending suitable life insurance products, and converting leads into sales. This is an individual contributor role focused on achieving sales targets while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with customers through company-generated leads.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable life insurance products.
- Explain product features, advantages, and policy terms clearly.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Follow up with prospective customers to maximize conversions.
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with company policies.




- Provide excellent post-sales support and resolve customer queries.

Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Life Insurance, Banking, BFSI, Financial Services, or Direct Sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Customer-centric approach with good relationship management skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience
- Experience in Life Insurance Sales preferred.
- Experience in Field Sales or Direct Sales is preferred.
- Candidates with strong customer-facing sales experience will be considered.
