- Own P&L; and sales targets for Haryana State.
- Lead and manage entire PF sales team and distribution network across the state.
- Drive current distributor appointment and territory expansion.
- Manage key accounts, collections and customer relationships.
- Conduct dealer & farmer meets and drive field marketing activities.
- Track competitior activities and market trends.
Preferred candidate profile A candidate with 7-9 Years of experience in Sales within the Poultry Feed Industry. Must have B.Sc./M.Sc. in Agriculture / MBA.
Key Skills include strong market knowledge, distributor management, team leadership, negotiation, poultry industry knowledge, forecasting, CRM and MS Office.
