Est8box Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is a Pune-based Real Estate Tech startup transforming how people make real estate investment decisions. We’re building technology, intelligence and one of India’s largest communities of real estate investors.

We’re looking for 3 ambitious Sales Interns to join our growth team. If you’re confident, curious, love talking to people and want to become seriously good at sales, communication and business, this could be your launchpad.

What will you do?

- Connect with prospective clients through calls and online outreach
- Understand their requirements, interests and investment goals
- Introduce and explain our membership plans
- Follow up with prospects and move conversations forward
- Build genuine relationships with potential customers
- Coordinate with clients and the internal team
- Learn and participate in the complete sales cycle
- Represent Est8box at selected offline community events

Who are we looking for?

- Experience is not mandatory. Potential is.
- Communicate confidently and clearly
- Strong proficiency in English and Hindi — mandatory
- Comfortable speaking to new people
- Strong persuasion and interpersonal skills
- Ambitious and genuinely interested in learning sales
- Take ownership instead of waiting to be told what to do
- Strong work ethics and discipline
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Open to flexible working hours




- Willing to travel occasionally for offline community events

Your WFH Setup — Mandatory

This is a professional, client-facing remote role. You must have:

- A good laptop/desktop
- A good-quality camera
- A valuable microphone/headset
- Stable, high-speed internet
- A quiet and professional workspace
- A dedicated workstation at home

This is not a “work whenever you feel like it” internship.

You’ll be dealing with real clients, real conversations and real business outcomes.
