Key Responsibilities

- Generate and convert leads for apartments and villa projects.

- Handle prospective customers, understand their requirements and recommend suitable properties.

- Conduct property presentations, site visits and project demonstrations for customers.

- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels to ensure conversions.

- Develop strong relationships with customers and maintain regular follow-ups throughout the sales cycle.

Required Skills

- Strong real estate sales experience, specifically in apartments and villas.

- Positive communication, negotiation and customer-handling skills.

- Strong lead conversion and follow-up abilities.

- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

- Willingness to conduct customer meetings and property site visits.
