Position: Sales Executive

We are looking for someone who can confidently interact with customers, understand their requirements, provide the right fashion guidance, and ensure excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist customers with a friendly and professional approach
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products and styles
- Provide fashion and styling advice based on customer preferences
- Develop and maintain good customer relationships
- Collect customer requirements and communicate them clearly to the production team
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure customer requirements are completed properly
- Follow up on orders and keep customers updated
- Support customer satisfaction and business growth
- Maintain a professional and positive showroom setting

Candidate Profile
- Smart,



confident, and well-presented
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge or interest in fashion and apparel
- Customer-oriented and positive attitude
- Ability to coordinate effectively with different teams
- Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills
- Previous experience in sales/apparel/fashion will be an advantage
- Freshers with the right attitude and communication skills may also apply
