We are looking for a motivated and communication-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves handling customer enquiries, telecalling, lead follow-up, CRM management, and coordinating with the sales team to convert enquiries into potential clients.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to maintain consistent follow-up with customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls.
- Follow up with leads generated through social media, advertisements, website, and other sources.
- Explain our construction, renovation, architectural and interior design services to potential clients.
- Maintain and update customer details and lead status in the CRM system.
- Regularly follow up with prospective clients and schedule meetings/site visits.
- Coordinate with the sales and project teams for customer requirements.
- Track enquiries, follow-ups, appointments, and conversions.
- Maintain accurate daily reports of calls, leads, and follow-up activities.
- Build and maintain good relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Achieve assigned sales and lead-conversion targets.

Requirements
- Good communication skills in Malayalam and English.




- Good telephone etiquette and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to use CRM software and maintain customer records.
- Previous experience in telecalling, sales, customer support, or CRM is preferred.
- Candidates with experience in the construction, real estate, architecture, or interior design industry will be an advantage.
- Freshers with good communication and sales skills can also apply.
