Idea Holding Limited (Brand: SHREDO) is a trusted manufacturer of industrial shredders and machinery solutions. We are expanding our sales team and seeking a motivated Sales Executive to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities.

Generate leads through market research, references, networking, exhibitions, online platforms, and cold calling.

Visit customers, factories, industrial units, dealers, and project sites for business development.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/machinery.

Prepare and deliver product presentations and quotations.

Negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery schedules,



and other commercial requirements within company guidelines.

Attend industrial exhibitions, trade fairs, seminars, and business meetings.

Required Skills

Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.

Willingness to travel Pan India.

Good follow-up and relationship-management skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel, email, and CRM/software tools.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
