Position: Customer Support Executive

Requirements

Graduate in any discipline.

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Customer Support / Client Servicing.

Prior work experience with Motilal Oswal Financial Services or Angel One preferred.

Valuable knowledge of

Stock Market operations

Equity, Derivatives, Mutual Funds

Trading & Demat Accounts

KYC and Client Onboarding

RMS and Back-office processes

Strong communication skills (Hindi, English, and regional language preferred).

Ability to handle customer queries, complaints, and service requests.

Salary

₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on knowledge, experience, and interview performance).

Job Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer support calls.





Resolve client queries related to trading, demat, and investment products.

Assist customers with account opening, KYC updates, and service requests.

Coordinate with internal departments for query resolution.

Maintain high customer satisfaction and service standards.

Ensure compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.

Location: kharghar Navi Mumbai

Joining: Immediate / As per notice period
