About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive with experience in real estate sales to handle leads, interact with prospective clients, conduct property visits, and drive successful closures.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming leads and understand client requirements.
- Follow up with prospects through calls, WhatsApp, and meetings.
- Explain property details, pricing, amenities, and offers to clients.
- Schedule and coordinate property visits.
- Build strong relationships with potential buyers.
- Negotiate with clients and assist in closing deals.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead status.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

Requirements





- 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of the Pune real estate market.
- Confident in client handling and negotiations.
- Target-oriented with strong follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
