We are looking for a Sales Executive with experience in the Real Estate industry to join our sales team. The ideal candidate should be target-oriented, customer-focused, and have robust communication and sales skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate and follow up on leads through calls, references, and other sources.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable project options.
- Explain project details, pricing, amenities, and payment plans to customers.
- Conduct and coordinate site visits with prospective customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into bookings.




- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain regular updates on leads, follow-ups, site visits, and conversions.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth closure of sales.

Requirements:

- 2 to 4 years of experience in Real Estate Sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Good customer-handling and follow-up skills.
- Experience in selling villas, apartments, or residential projects will be an advantage.
- Willingness to travel for site visits.
