Sales Executive – Lead Follow-Up & Client Handling

We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team. This role is not focused on cold calling. You will mainly communicate with customers who have already shown interest in our products/services, understand their requirements, answer their questions, and guide them toward the right solution.
Key Responsibilities
- Call and follow up with interested leads and potential customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.
- Follow up with leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, or other communication channels.
- Schedule and handle office meetings with clients.
- Explain products/services, pricing, features, and other relevant details to customers.
- Build strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, meetings, and sales activities.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Follow up regularly until the lead is converted or the requirement is closed.
- Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and qualified while speaking with customers.
- Ability to understand customer needs and solve queries.
- Good follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable handling face-to-face client meetings.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain customer records.
- Previous experience in sales, customer handling, business development, or lead follow-up is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
