That's the problem Landeed is solving.

Landeed makes property information easier to access and understand, helping people make more informed decisions before buying or dealing with property.

As a Sales Executive, you'll be at the centre of that journey. You'll speak with customers who are actively exploring property-related services, understand what they need, explain how Landeed can help, and turn the right conversations into successful outcomes.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Connect with customers who have shown interest in Landeed and understand what they're looking for
- Have meaningful conversations with customers and identify their requirements
- Explain Landeed's products and services in a simple and convincing way
- Follow up with interested customers and build relationships throughout the sales journey
- Handle questions, concerns, and objections with confidence and empathy
- Identify opportunities and convert qualified leads into successful sales
- Maintain accurate records of customer conversations and follow-ups
- Work closely with the Operations team to ensure a smooth customer experience
- Consistently work towards individual and team sales targets
- Share customer feedback and recurring concerns with the team to help improve our product and sales process

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR We're looking for energetic, ambitious, and people-oriented individuals who want to grow in sales.

You could be a great fit if you:

- Have 0–3 years of experience in sales, business development, inside sales, tele-sales, customer service, or a similar role
- Are a fresher with strong communication skills and want to start a career in sales




- Communicate confidently in English and at least one regional language
- Enjoy speaking with people and understanding what they need
- Are comfortable making calls, following up, and having sales conversations
- Can handle objections and rejection without losing motivation
- Are target-driven and enjoy seeing measurable results from your work
- Take ownership of your work and follow through on commitments
- Are curious and willing to learn about property, real estate, and PropTech
- Are a graduate from any discipline

COMPENSATION

₹4.5L – ₹5L CTC
