Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Chirawa, Gudha Gorji, Chanana, Jhunjhunu, Neemkathana

Department: Sales & Customer Service

Reports To: Floor Manager / Showroom Manager

Job Purpose:

To generate sales, build strong customer relationships, and deliver excellent service while ensuring customers have a memorable jewellery shopping experience at Mahalaxmi Jewellers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers in the showroom with warmth and professionalism.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery products.
- Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
- Ensure proper product display, cleanliness, and stock arrangement in showcases.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Provide accurate information about products, designs, purity, pricing, and offers.
- Handle billing and payment processes as per company policy.
- Maintain knowledge of current jewellery trends, collections, and promotions.
- Assist in inventory management, stock checks, and reporting.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve queries with a positive attitude.




- Support the team in organizing in-store promotions and events.

Key Skills & Competencies:

- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-centric approach with persuasive selling ability.
- Presentable, confident, and polite demeanor.
- Basic knowledge of gold, diamond, and gemstone jewellery (training will be provided).
- Ability to work in a team and under pressure to meet targets.

Qualification & Experience:

- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in retail sales (jewellery industry experience is an advantage).
- Freshers with good communication and sales skills may also apply.

Compensation:

- Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
