Position: Sales Executive / Independent Sales Agent

We are a paper bag manufacturing company looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Sales Executive to help us expand our customer base and generate bulk orders.

Responsibilities

- Identify and approach potential bulk buyers of paper bags
- Generate new B2B customers and sales leads
- Visit retailers, supermarkets, bakeries, sweet shops, restaurants, food outlets, garment stores, pharmacies, corporates and other businesses
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into orders
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Explore new markets and develop long-term business opportunities

Compensation & Growth Opportunity

Initial Phase:

- Attractive commission on successful sales/orders
- Fuel allowance provided for customer visits and field sales activities

Future Opportunity: Based on sales performance, consistency and customer acquisition, successful candidates can progress to:

Fixed Monthly Salary + Commission + Fuel Allowance

Performance will be reviewed based on:





- Monthly sales generated
- New customers acquired
- Repeat orders
- Consistency of performance
- Lead generation and conversion

Candidates who consistently meet the company's agreed sales targets will be considered for the fixed salary + commission structure.

Who We're Looking For

- Confident and target-oriented sales professionals
- Candidates with an existing B2B customer network preferred
- Experience in paper, packaging, FMCG, printing or related industries is an advantage
- Strong communication, negotiation and follow-up skills
- Ability to independently generate leads and close business
- Freelance sales agents and experienced sales professionals are welcome
