Sales Executive

Grooms Vault is looking for an active, confident and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our premium groom rental store in Kochi.

Experienced candidates are preferred. Freshers with the right attitude, communication skills and willingness to learn are also welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and understand their wedding and occasion-wear requirements
- Assist customers in selecting suits, tuxedos, sherwanis, Indo-Western outfits, Jodhpuri suits and accessories
- Explain rental options, pricing and booking details
- Help customers with size selection and fittings
- Provide basic styling suggestions based on customer requirements
- Handle walk-in customers and convert enquiries into bookings
- Handle customer enquiries through WhatsApp and phone
- Follow up with customers regarding bookings, fittings, collections and deliveries
- Coordinate with the QC, back-store and tailoring teams
- Maintain accurate customer and booking details
- Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently
- Work towards individual and store sales targets
- Follow all Grooms Vault SOPs and operational procedures
- Support the team with daily showroom operations

Skills & Requirements
- Previous sales or retail experience is preferred
- Freshers are welcome to apply
- Strong customer service and customer-handling skills

Salary ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Salary will depend on experience, skills and performance.

Job Type: Full-time

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM

Location: Kochi, Kerala

Experience: Experienced preferred / Freshers welcome

Probation Period: 1 month

During the probation period, performance, customer handling, teamwork, punctuality, SOP compliance and overall suitability for the role will be evaluated.
