Job Location : Wagholi, Undri, Wanowrie
Preffered Candidates only from South / East Pune
Core Function: Sourcing local walk-ins, conducting high-impact site / sample flat presentations and maintaining active follow-up pipelines.
Minimum 8–10% conversion on assigned direct and CP walk-ins.
Daily engagement with mid-tier local CPs to drive continuous weekend site visit footfalls.
Under-24-hour follow-up cycles on warm / hot leads with updated CRM stages.
High customer satisfaction during site tours, option selection and booking documentation.
