Sales Executive Rubber Industry

Salary: 25,000 – 35,000 CTC per month

We are looking for a Sales Executive with 1–3 years of experience in the Rubber industry to develop new business, manage customer relationships, and achieve sales targets. The role will involve regular field visits and customer meetings.

Key Responsibilities

Develop recent customers and business opportunities in the Rubber industry.

Conduct regular field visits to meet customers, dealers and potential clients.

Generate leads through field visits, market research and references.

Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product solutions.

Handle existing customer relationships and ensure regular follow-ups.

Prepare quotations and coordinate with customers regarding orders.

Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.

Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and timely delivery.

Monitor market trends,



customer requirements and competitor activities.

Maintain regular sales reports, visit reports and customer records.

Travel within the assigned territory for business development and customer meetings.

Requirements

1–3 years of sales experience in the Rubber industry.

Experience in field sales and customer visits.

Knowledge of rubber products and applications is preferred.

Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

Good customer relationship management skills.

Willingness to travel regularly for field visits.

Ability to generate new business and achieve sales targets.

Graduate in any discipline; relevant industry experience preferred.
