ROLE SUMMARY The Seller Business Development Associate (BDA) is responsible for acquiring and engaging property owners, conducting field visits, showcasing properties, assisting buyers, and driving successful property transactions. The company provides qualified leads.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Meet property owners and customers to facilitate property sales, rentals, and leases.
- Conduct property visits and accompany buyers during site visits.
- Explain property features, pricing, and NoBroker services.
- Coordinate property photoshoots and ensure accurate property information.
- Negotiate pricing between buyers and sellers to close deals.
- Onboard property owners and encourage premium service subscriptions where applicable.
- Visit commercial properties to collect owner details and explain NoBroker services.
- Upload property details through the NoBroker App or Google Forms.




- Maintain customer interactions and sales updates in CRM.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets while ensuring excellent customer experience.

ELIGIBILITY

- Diploma or Graduation is mandatory
- Smart freshers / Experience up to 2 years in field sales.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

- Bike and valid Driving License.
- Smartphone.
- Candidates should be comfortable communicating in at least one of the required language combinations: English/Kannada, English/Telugu, English/Tamil, or English/Hindi.
