- Job Role: Sales Executive – High-Ticket Sales
- Salary: ₹15,000 per month + attractive performance-based commissions
- Job Type: Full-time

- Experience: 1–3 years in sales preferred

About the Role

We are looking for a confident and target-driven Sales Executive who can handle leads, understand customer requirements, conduct sales calls, and close high-ticket programs.

This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable speaking with business owners, entrepreneurs, and aspiring fashion founders and can confidently take a prospect from the first conversation to payment.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and assigned leads through calls and WhatsApp.
- Understand the prospect's business, requirements, and challenges.
- Explain Apex Fashion Lab's programs and services clearly.
- Conduct sales calls and follow-ups.
- Build relationships with potential clients.
- Handle objections and negotiate effectively.
- Convert qualified leads into paying clients.
- Maintain accurate lead and sales records.
- Follow up consistently with interested prospects.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with the internal team for successful client onboarding.

What We’re Looking For

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.




- Confident and persuasive communication.
- Good negotiation and objection-handling skills.
- Previous experience in sales, inside sales, business development, or high-ticket sales is preferred.
- Comfortable speaking with clients over phone/video calls.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Strong follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote workplace.
- Experience selling high-ticket products/services will be a strong advantage.

Compensation Fixed Salary: ₹15,000/month + High-Performance Commissions The more you close, the more you earn. Commission structure is performance-based, with attractive incentives for successful high-ticket closures.

There is no fixed limit on earning potential based on performance.
