We are hiring a highly target-driven Sales Executive who is confident, presentable, and capable of closing deals consistently. This role requires a robust performer who can handle pressure, meet targets, and deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
Sales and Target Achievement
- Generate leads, follow up, and close deals
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Convert cold leads into active clients
Client Handling and Conversion
- Conduct sales calls, meetings, and presentations
- Handle objections effectively and close deals
- Maintain relationships for repeat business
Field Work and Market Development
- Attend client meetings and perform field sales activities
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach
Reporting and Follow-ups
- Maintain daily reports of calls, meetings,
and closures
- Ensure timely follow-ups with prospects
- Update CRM and manage the sales pipeline
Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Confident, presentable, and result-oriented personality
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Willingness to travel for field sales
Pay: ₹9,733.97 - ₹20,000.00 per month
