Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Engineer role based in Pune City.

The Sales

Engineer will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, presenting suitable automation and engineering solutions, and preparing technical and commercial proposals. Daily activities include conducting product and solution demonstrations, collaborating with engineering teams to design tailored solutions, and supporting customers through the pre-sales and post-sales stages. The role involves managing customer relationships,



responding to technical queries, and providing technical support during implementation and commissioning.

The Sales

Engineer will also track sales opportunities, contribute to sales forecasts, and maintain accurate records in coordination with the sales and operations teams.

Qualifications

- Strong Sales Engineering and technical solutioning skills for industrial automation and electrical engineering projects
- Proficiency in Sales and Customer Service, with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Effective Communication skills, including clear technical explanation and professional presentation abilities
- Experience providing Technical Support, troubleshooting, and coordination with engineering and commissioning teams
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related field) preferred
- Understanding of PLC, SCADA, HMI, control panels, and industrial automation systems is an advantage
- Ability to work in office with customers, conduct field visits, and manage multiple projects and inquiries
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic documentation, proposal writing, and reporting
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams
